IT Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to drive our technology infrastructure, security, and processes. This role will focus on delivering a seamless and secure IT environment that supports our business goals and enhances operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including cloud services, network architecture, and data storage solutions. - Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, network security, and compliance with industry standards. - Administer and manage Salesforce for optimal performance and integration with other systems. - Implement and manage email security solutions to protect against threats and ensure secure communication. - Run and manage a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) to ensure secure access to cloud services and data. - Manage IT subscriptions, expenses and overall IT budget for cost-effective resource utilization. - Collaborate with departments to identify and implement technology solutions enhancing business operations. - Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT management and security. - Provide technical guidance and support for software development teams. - Drive technical excellence and implementation of best IT practices such as continuous integration, disaster recovery planning, and IT service management. - Act as a hands-on contributor, directly involved in implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, data security, and network architecture with at least 3 years of experience. - Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, network security, and compliance with industry standards. - Experience with IT service management tools and practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and adapt. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - A passion for working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. - Ability to work independently and be a hands-on contributor. - Experience administering and managing Salesforce. - Experience with email security solutions. - Experience running and managing a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB). - Experience managing IT subscriptions, expenses and overall IT budget.
