Key Responsibilities - Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the logistics industry. - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expand existing accounts. - Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Pursue new business opportunities by preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements - Fluent English is required. - Logistics experience is necessary for success in this role. Work Environment - This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with the option to work from an office or remotely. - Remote work locations include Barranquilla, Villavicencio, and other parts of Colombia. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. - Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation modes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Highly motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
