**We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive** to join our team, supporting client operations and ensuring excellence in HR processes. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in managing team performance, timekeeping, and HR compliance. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities**: - Monitor and review daily timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with attendance policies. - Identify and address discrepancies in time records (e.g., early clock-ins, late clock-outs, extended breaks). - Communicate with team members to resolve timekeeping issues and make necessary adjustments. - Conduct performance coaching sessions with team members to address policy violations. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on team performance metrics, strengths, and areas for improvement. - Audit performance ratings and schedule coaching sessions as needed. - Process termination requests, ensuring documentation and communication are handled appropriately. - Support new team members with onboarding into benefit programs and provide enrollment guidance. - Collaborate with management to analyze performance trends and recommend actionable improvements. - Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures at all times. **What We’re Looking For**: **Skills**: - Tech-savvy; comfortable with learning and using new software. - Smart, critical thinker, and quick learner. - Self-management skills and the ability to work independently. **Soft Skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
