This role is a hybrid between sales execution and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in outbound environments, executes deals directly, develops strategies, and simultaneously guides and mentors a team of Sales Executives. Responsibilities: - Own and manage your personal sales pipeline from prospecting to close. - Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed performance targets. - Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels. - Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize pipeline and close rates. - Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to international clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, proposals, and delivery. - Maintain accurate CRM records and generate pipeline and performance reports. - Actively participate in sales execution while mentoring and developing team members. Requirements: - 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, staffing, or HR services). - Proven track record of closing international clients, especially in the U.S. market. - Experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales teams. - Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and multi-channel sales strategies. - Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills in English. - Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms.
