Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary** The Digital Content & Creative Lead is responsible for driving the creation and implementation of engaging digital content, blending traditional creative excellence with cutting-edge AI-driven optimization strategies. This role leads the Content LAB team, overseeing both established creative projects (40% workload) and the strategic integration and execution of AI-powered content optimization for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) (60% workload). The lead will ensure all content adheres to digital industry standards, best practices, and company brand guidelines, while fostering innovation and efficiency across all digital channels. **Responsibilities/Accountabilities** - ** Strategic Thinking & Project Management**: Provide strategic direction and project management to solve complex communication challenges, balancing traditional creative demands with AI-driven content initiatives.**AI-Driven Content Optimization Leadership (60% workload)**: - Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered content creation for Product Detail Pages (PDPs), focusing on optimizing copy and imagery for enhanced visibility and conversion. Drive the measurement and analysis of AI-optimized content performance using tools like Profitero and Vizit, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.- Champion the adoption and scaling of Generative AI content creation across various categories and markets worldwide.**Traditional Digital Content Production & Management (50% workload)**: - Lead the production and implementation of assets for LATAM digital and eCommerce campaigns, including static and animated banners, videos, images, and eContent toolkits.- - Manage resources, including graphic designers, video editors, and content administrators, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery for all Content LAB projects.- - Maintain strong relationships with main stakeholders (Digital, eCommerce, Agencies, Marketing, Customer Development, GIT teams) to ensure effective coordination and alignment of activities.- Implement content guidelines for all brands and ensure all deliverables comply with market best practices and company guidelines. - ** Team Leadership & Development**: Empower and lead the Content LAB team, fostering their growth in both traditional creative skills and new AI content optimization capabilities. Conduct performance reviews and development plans for the team.**Process and Quality Assurance**: Establish and evolve processes to ensure consistency, improve project visibility for all stakeholders, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance for all digital content, both human-created and AI-generated.**Range of Qualifications** **Level of Education: Graduation** **Years of Experience: 5**+ years, with at least 4+ years leading teams. **Functional Experience and Technical Skills**: - 5+ years in digital marketing coordination, digital creative team coordination, or operations direction in an agency.- - Knowledge of digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization.- - Up-to-date with trends and best practices in creativity, project and team management.- - Technical knowledge of website design, brand creation, graphic design, video creation and edition, UX, UI Preferable.- - Experience with digital/creative agencies and offshore resources.- - Experience with digital tools and software for developing digital assets (Adobe Creative Cloud, PM Atlassian tools, Google tools).- English fluent **External and Internal Contacts**: **Internal**: Divisional IBE teams, Brand Managers, Consumer Affairs, Legal, IBE LATAM team, Digital Commerce teams from around the world. **External**: Agency partners and other suppliers **Required Functional Competencies** - List the top 3 Functional competencies required to successfully perform the generic job **Competencies** **Behaviors** **Digital** **Project Management** Focused on the operational excellence of the team.
