ROR Developer (with Hotwire - Turbo/Stimulus) 2-5 Full-Time We are looking for a skilled and motivated Rails developer with experience in Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), and modern Rails development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building interactive, high-performance web applications while maintaining clean and testable Ruby code. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications with a focus on performance and scalability. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable Ruby code following best practices. - Design and optimize MySQL Schema / Active Record Models to ensure efficient query performance (preferred). - Implement Tailwind CSS with Flowbite to build sleek, modern, and accessible UI components (optional). - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services. - Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces. - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments. - Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience. Required Skills & Experience: - 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development (preferably latest version). - Proficiency in Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) for interactive web development. - Strong experience writing testable Ruby code using RSpec, Minitest, or other Rails testing frameworks. - Understanding of MVC architecture, background job processing (Sidekiq or Resque), and caching mechanisms. - Hands-on experience with GitHub (or compatible repositories) and version control workflows. - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS , Heroku , or other cloud platforms.
