This position requires adherence to federal hiring regulations for CDL drivers and Department of Transportation (DOT)-required employment verifications within specified timelines. - Contact previous employers via phone and email to verify work history and other required information. - Maintain clear and timely communication with non-responsive employers to expedite the verification process. Documentation and record-keeping are also crucial responsibilities. The successful candidate will maintain organized and secure records of all verification activities, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with internal privacy and audit policies. - Analyze the qualifications and skills of potential candidates to determine their suitability for the role. - Evaluate the candidate's background and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of the position. Key Responsibilities - Verify employment history and credentials for candidates or employees. - Document all outreach and responses in internal systems. - Adhere to federal hiring regulations for CDL drivers. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verification activities. Requirements - International Business, Psychology, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative-related studies. - 1+ year of experience in HR, compliance, or administrative support in transportation (preferred). - Good English skills, B2+ or higher preferred. - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.
