Work Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in Colombia) Work Hours: Pacific Time Hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT, Monday–Friday) About CoreBridge Solutions We’re a U.S.-based legal outsourcing provider partnering with a rapidly growing legal funding firm that advances money to personal injury clients before their settlements. We need a full-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) support professional in Colombia to manage each funding request from initial client intake through post-disbursement follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Bilingual Client Communication - Field inbound calls and emails in English and Spanish - Explain advance terms, set expectations, and request necessary documents - Attorney Coordination & Document Collection - Liaise with law firms to gather police reports, medical records, signed agreements, and attorney confirmations - Track case milestones (e.g., settlement negotiations, lien updates) and escalate any missing items or delays - Case File Management - Maintain complete, timestamped digital files in the case-management system - Perform daily gap checks, flag inconsistencies, and ensure files are audit-ready - Funding Preparation & Compliance - Calculate approved advance amounts and associated fees - Draft funding agreements and prepare wire/ACH packets for final approval - Verify KYC/AML information and banking details before disbursement - Post-Funding Support - Confirm receipt of funds with clients and update payoff records upon case resolution - Provide periodic payoff statements and maintain internal dashboards Required Qualifications: - Located in Colombia and fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time - Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, legal support, or financial operations—preferably with U.S. law firms or legal funding - Familiarity with personal injury case stages and common legal documents - Proficient with CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal case-tracking tools - Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a reliable, independent work ethic - Professional demeanor when interacting with injured clients and law firm staff Why Join CoreBridge Solutions?
