Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams. Stay updated on paid media trends and technologies. Perfil buscado (h/m) A successful Paid Media Specialist should have: Advanced English proficiency (B2+-C1). 3+ years of experience in paid search, with expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, and Proficiency in digital advertising in other platforms such as Meta Ads. Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the retail industry. Experience running eCommerce campaigns with large product catalogues. Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets effectively. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Creativity in ad optimization to improve performance and ROI.
