A Concierge serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity. What will I be doing? As a Concierge, you will serve as a key contact for Guests and VIP Guests, managing their inquiries and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities include: Responding efficiently to Guest inquiries Providing information, advice, and booking services for various requests such as city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flights Processing and delivering messages for Guests Handling Guest luggage safely and delivering it promptly Staying current with hotel services, VIP requests, and special events Ensuring orderliness and safety around the lobby and front door areas Supporting Management during emergencies Projecting a professional and hospitable demeanor Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to policies when using front of house equipment and property management systems What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will embody a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Other qualities include: Good grooming standards Flexibility in work situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the local area Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Concierge in a hotel setting.
