Python & Django Senior Tech Lead at BairesDev We are looking for a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of high-performing applications. You will lead a team of talented developers, provide strategic direction, and ensure best practices are followed to build scalable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. What You’ll Do: - Lead a team of developers, guiding architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Python and Django. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features. - Perform code reviews, set coding standards, and foster technical excellence within the team. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Serve as a key technical advisor, assessing and balancing trade-offs in technical decisions.
