Required Qualifications: - Any degree in an administrative field, preferably with sales experience or familiarity. - Preferred qualifications include degrees in business administration, commercial, translation, or interpretation. - Essential requirement: Proficiency in spoken and written English at level B2 or C1. Spanish-only speakers will participate in a different position. - Native English speakers are welcome. - Minimum proficiency: 85% verified fluency. English tests will be performed during the hiring process. Work Experience: - A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or virtual assistance roles using English. - Previous work in U.S.-based call centers or companies abroad is a plus, but not mandatory. Technical Skills: - Strong spoken and written English (minimum 85%). - Willingness to learn sales techniques and rebating sales. - Excellent memory and note-taking ability. - Cultural competence, especially in the U.S. context. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. - Familiarity with word processing and data management tools. - Language-specific competency: - If a native English speaker, Spanish proficiency should be at C1/C2 level. Job Responsibilities: - Interpret English to Spanish communications between clients and staff as required. This includes events, internal client meetings, third-party meetings, phone calls, video conferences, and day-to-day interactions. - Identify and qualify incoming leads. - Maintain constant interaction and workflow with clients and remote teams. - Manage workflows, procedures, processes, and internal protocols in legal service operations. - Translate documents while respecting English language stylistic, grammatical, and spelling standards. - Draft, process, and follow up on PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) via email, phone requests, and organizational communication channels. - Schedule and coordinate meetings and events. - Conduct online research and collect data using legal support software. - Prepare productivity reports and analyses as requested by your work unit. - Perform other administrative tasks and support projects as needed. - Carry out appointment scheduling, confirm details, and ensure client commitment. - Manage different social channels for proper communication. - Maintain constant and effective communication with leads. - Follow-up and schedule appointments for the intakes team. - Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation. - Timely handling of campaigns sent by Just Call. - Generate reports and performance analysis. - Manage live chat on the website.
