As an experienced and technical Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, focusing on managing customer self-service through automation and AI Agents, enabling Linux workloads, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to build and deliver world-class software systems at scale. Responsibilities - Drive growth strategy and product roadmap. - Promote the product to new customers across Microsoft. - Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, customer engineering teams, and compliance auditors. - Work with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. - Manage the backlog and prioritize features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Deliver an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. - Build partnerships with technical leaders across the company. - Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels. - Curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Focus on a healthy team culture. - Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work in fast-changing environments. - Experience with software platforms and development processes. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric thinking. - Design thinking, data-driven decision making, and technical depth. - Ability to develop vision and roadmap for complex areas.
