Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager Company: Easy Home Sale Location: Remote/Home Office Overview: Easy Home Sale is a fast-growing real estate company that buys and sells homes in Wisconsin and Florida. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our sales team is providing excellent customer service and adhering to our company's sales policies and procedures. This position is a full-time, remote position that requires high attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. **Compensation**: $7 - $9 hourly **Responsibilities**: - Audit sales calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor and track sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training plans to address skill gaps - Provide feedback and coaching to the sales team to improve their performance and customer service skills - Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer service issues - Analyze data and produce reports on sales team performance and customer service metrics - Implement quality assurance processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team - Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the quality assurance program **Requirements**: - Experience in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a call center or sales environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically - High attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Experience with call center technology, quality assurance software, and salesforce automation tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions This is a full-time, remote position with competitive salary.
