Who You Are The Kyndryl Consult Partner identifies, sells, solutions, and delivers Kyndryl Consult services that create customer value. Is the first person a Customer Partner brings onboard to an opportunity to identify the right approach to deliver value to the customer. Brings in deep technical expertise from the Practices as needed. Provide consultative skills and technology-specific expertise to drive sales and delivery capabilities aligned to project services - Leads multi-disciplined teams on complex consulting engagements and are accountable for delivering value to clients and Kyndryl. - Applies deep domain and/ or industry expertise, consulting techniques & cognitive approach to analyze issues, create and implement innovative solutions. - Possesses strong communication skills, can articulate the impact and business benefits of their solutions and manage stakeholder expectations. - Continually contributes intellectual capital assets Required Professional and Technical Expertise: - Completed degree in a business, or technical degree program - Professional experience in technology consulting - Experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape, including definition of clients’ future cloud strategy - Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape, and IT Operating Model - Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches. - Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership, and delivery leadership - Proven experience in creating offers and responding to client RfPs - Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects - Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. - Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose - Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills Being
