Role Description: The primary responsibility of the Senior Recruiter role is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for an assigned department(s) and act as a talent expert and advisor for Hiring Managers. The Senior Recruiter provide support and assists with the development of the Talent Acquisition team through mentorship, training, and setting a positive example to other Recruiters on the team. Key Responsibilities: · Recruits, interviews, and screens job candidates to fill active and forecasted job openings. · Utilizes best-in-class sourcing and interview skills to meet recruitment goals with quality and diverse Associates. · Understands and complies with company and government requirements related to recruiting, selection, and hiring. · Supports with creation and execution of training and onboarding agendas for new Recruiters. · Assists with creation and updates to interview forms, job postings, documents, etc. · Maintains current knowledge of all department updates, policies, and standards.
