Job Summary This role involves guiding the Global Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Supervise the AP Team, leading invoice processing, helpdesk, and supplier master admin roles to ensure timely payments and issue resolution. Address vendor inquiries promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction. Provide strategic support to improve operational efficiencies and contribute to decision-making. Prepare and review AP reports for accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with process stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows. Ensure all accounts payable processes are audit-ready and compliant with standards. Seek improvements aligned with strategy, especially regarding system changes, documentation, training, and communication. Set performance goals for the team, providing feedback to align with client expectations. Coach and support the team to ensure workflow efficiency and policy adherence. Qualifications and Job Requirements Over 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including 5 years in Accounts Payable and at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and presentation software. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to meet quality and production standards. Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude. Creative, performance-minded, and a strong team player. Fluent in English. Based in Latin America.
