We are currently looking for an IBM TM1 Analyst to join our growing team. What You´ll Do We are seeking a highly skilled TM1 Business Analyst to support financial analysts and managers by managing and optimizing IBM TM1 Planning Analytics models. You will be responsible for multiple workstreams, representing the FP&A IT Support team, and guiding support analysts in executing operational tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies, as well as experience in daily and recurring application support. What do we value? Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of global financial planning models using TM1. Collaborate with business teams to ensure continuous availability of FP&A models. Work with external IT teams to implement policy requirements within TM1. Own the quality of developed requirements and lead UAT planning and execution. Manage global disaster recovery planning and execution. Communicate with business SMEs to gather and understand requirements. Oversee SDLC procedures for code and model changes. Handle multiple workstreams with autonomy and minimal supervision. Technical Expertise IBM TM1 Administration, including user security and TI process troubleshooting. Identifying and resolving financial data issues in TM1 cubes and dimensions. Experience with Horizon VMWare VDI or similar virtual hosting platforms. Proficiency with Excel add-ins and Active Directory LDAP. Knowledge of firewalls (preferably Illumio) and server port troubleshooting. Familiarity with Cognos 11 PowerPlay cubes and Framework Manager. Experience with ServiceNow change ticketing and CyberArk service account management. Understanding of Aveksa SOX survey management.
