This role ensures the Implementer stays in their Unique Ability by owning day-to-day operations, client management, and special projects across coaching, speaking engagements, and business ventures. This is a remote job and candidate must be able to work in US Central Standard Timezone. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management - Ensure client success and happiness through exceptional service and responsiveness - Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to invoicing and follow-up - Schedule sessions, manage communication touchpoints, and maintain accurate CRM records - Own invoicing, tracking, and coordination of sessions to ensure monthly revenue goals are met Project & Operational Management - Lead and support projects that involve planning, research, vendors, and logistics - Attend key meetings (especially virtual sessions), take detailed notes, and drive follow-ups - Coordinate across internal teams and external partners for speaking events, workshops, and business ventures - Execute internal initiatives and creative projects with excellence and timeliness Administrative Support - Proactively manage a dynamic calendar—resolving conflicts, booking travel, and preparing meetings - Handle administrative tasks with a high degree of confidentiality, precision, and follow-through - Keep inboxes clean, priorities clear, and ensure the Implementer is always working on the most important thing - Track to-dos, anticipate needs, and balance shifting priorities with grace under pressure Sales and Business Development - Manage prospect pipeline and communication to help Implementer hits monthly new client targets - Lead and manage outreach to prospects via LinkedIn and other channels - Manage, organize, and schedule posts on LinkedIn and one other social media channel - Lead scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for monthly events - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Available 30+ hours/week during standard business hours (CST) - Exceptionally organized, proactive, and self-managed - High business acumen with sound judgment and prioritization skills - Proficient in G Suite, HubSpot CRM, and Zoom - Comfortable working remotely and independently Core Values (EOS-Aligned) We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the EOS Core Values: - Help First – You lead with service and do whatever it takes to support the team and clients. - Do the Right Thing – You act with integrity and transparency, even when it’s hard. - Humbly Confident – You own your strengths and weaknesses without ego. - Grow or Die – You embrace continuous learning and improvement. - Do What You Say – You are dependable, reliable, and follow through on commitments. *Interested candidates please send a 1 minute video explaining why you'd like to work with us.* Seniority level - Seniority level Entry level Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales - Industries Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at William Charlotte by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Practice Manager” roles.
