Job Description The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including: End-to-end management of projects or programs, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. Managing all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing. Utilizing NICE project management methodologies, processes, tools, and templates to define tasks, prepare plans, monitor progress, manage scope, and motivate the team. Serving as the single point of contact for assigned projects and representing NICE or the Business Unit in internal and external forums. Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, developing roadmaps, and maximizing ROI. Proactively managing issues, providing visibility, and escalating as needed. Reporting project status accurately to stakeholders at agreed intervals. Managing project revenue and forecasts, updating management systems accordingly. Assessing quality and efficiency, providing feedback, and contributing to methodology improvements. Participating in the broader project management community to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in English communication (B2 or higher). At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading teams in a matrix environment, with experience working with international clients. Experience managing projects for consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clients. Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. Ability to manage complex, dynamic, and multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing IT, telephony, and software projects. Strong customer relationship management skills. Ability to address business and technical issues effectively. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate globally. Strong business acumen. Experience with revenue forecast and budget management. PMP certification is desirable. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering or related fields. Additional Information This is a hybrid position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
