We’re looking for a hands-on Product & Development Team Lead to drive this platform’s evolution. What You’ll Do Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for the T+ Analytics Platform Manage a cross-functional team of data engineers, data analysts, and product contributors Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure using Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma Oversee the development of internal dashboards and reporting tools, prioritizing usability and real-time access Set and uphold standards for data quality, documentation, and platform reliability Act as the primary link between business teams and engineering, translating needs into actionable features Establish a lightweight but disciplined agile process: backlog grooming, sprint planning, iterative delivery Continuously evaluate platform performance and implement improvements Stay on top of trends in data analytics, low-code tooling, and AI to inform long-term strategy What We’re Looking For 5+ years in product or technical leadership roles, including experience with data or analytics platforms Strong technical foundation in data warehousing (especially Snowflake), modeling, and ELT tools like dbt Experience with BI/analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau Skilled at guiding teams and fostering collaborative, high-trust environments Ability to clearly communicate product value and trade-offs across technical and non-technical audiences Deep understanding of agile product development and stakeholder alignment Professional English Bonus Points Telecom or SaaS background Experience integrating with financial systems like Microsoft Dynamics Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and secure data design Exposure to AI-powered analytics or self-serve data platforms Compensation range: $60,000 - $84,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
