This role ensures that the employee value proposition is competitive, fair, and attractive, promoting talent attraction, retention, and motivation within the company. **Key Responsibilities**: Lead the total rewards strategy, including base salary, incentives, benefits, and recognition, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market and that compensation packages reflect both business and employee needs. **Scope & Impact**: - Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across all levels of the organization. - Evaluate and design compensation and benefits policies based on market analysis and technology industry trends. - Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, and Leadership teams to ensure an equitable compensation structure aligned with business objectives. - Supervise and optimize processes related to salary reviews, bonuses, incentive plans, and benefits. - Ensure compliance with local and international compensation and benefits regulations. - Measure the impact and effectiveness of compensation programs in talent attraction and retention. **Success Metrics**: - Company positioning in compensation and benefits benchmarks within the technology sector. - Employee satisfaction and perception of fairness in compensation. - Retention of key talent and reduction in turnover related to salary or benefits concerns. - Implementation and optimization of incentive programs that impact performance and productivity. - Regulatory compliance and successful compensation-related audits. - Design and manage competitive and equitable salary structures. - Lead market studies to evaluate salary and benefits trends in the industry. - Develop incentive and recognition strategies aligned with business culture and objectives. - Manage benefits and wellness programs, ensuring they remain relevant and attractive to employees. - Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation regulations. - Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits matters. - Drive communication and education initiatives on Total Rewards for employees. **Are You a Fit?** Sounds awesome, right?
