Claro is seeking our next Life Insurance Specialist to join our team! This role will be essential in providing guidance and support to our community of independent agents, ensuring they receive the direction, resources, and recognition they need to succeed within the agency. You will play a key part in coordinating meetings, communicating effectively with agents, organizing recognition awards, managing training initiatives, facilitating agent onboarding, and directing agents to the appropriate departments when necessary. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize accounts for agents and agencies contracted with Claro. Ensure consistent account production throughout the different seasons of the year. Develop business from campaigns by offering contracts, services, and values. Execute retention strategies for agents and agencies affiliated with Claro. Build expertise on Claro’s systems and services to offer tailored solutions for agents and agencies’ needs. Provide ongoing support to agents and agencies. Create personalized sales and business expansion strategies for each account. Monitor and analyze account performance. Encourage constant communication between agents and Claro’s internal teams. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Offer: Direct contract with the company. Competitive salary with emotional benefits. Hybrid position (1 day in the office). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday mornings until noon.
