Read more about the life in PayU here **About the role** As a Technology and Operation Manager you will lead, manage and administer the performance and implementation of the technological and operational platforms ensuring the effective execution of the processes that support the company's operations, guaranteeing high levels of availability, security and productivity. **What you will do** **_ OPERATIONS _** Ensure system operating conditions in terms of interoperability, availability, and security. Manage the implementation, support and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure required for the implementation of the solution. Coordinate the implementation and improvement of the processes required for the administration and assurance of the operation Control the proper execution of the processes and service level agreements that have been outsourced for the correct functioning of the operation. **_TECHNOLOGY, SECURITY AND CYBERSECURITY_** Direct the implementation of technological infrastructure solutions according to the business needs. Plan, direct and control the management of the technological platform. Lead the development of functional and non-functional specifications of projects that impact the area's processes in operational and technical issues. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the controls, policies and all the documentation of the information security management system, following the guidelines of the international standards of security, cybersecurity and SFC guidelines. Ensure compliance with the current regulations related to security and cybersecurity issues, Ensure the definition, implementation and maintenance of contingency and business continuity plans.
