We are looking for a Sales Representative professional to help us grow our services in sales for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Location: Remote (latam and US) What You’ll Do: - Identify, qualify, and nurture SMB leads for virtual assistant and back-office services to provide our staffing services - Manage the sales pipeline and close deals with SMB clients - Utilize LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation and outreach - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of experience in SMB sales (selling services like: virtual assistants, back-office support, or similar services for SMB) - Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and sales outreach - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and hit sales targets - Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) are desirable.
