About the role As a Regulatory Associate, you will be at the forefront of aligning our innovative products with the regulatory framework that guides them. We seek a meticulous and proactive individual who can lead regulatory projects, communicate effectively, and build strong partnerships — all while executing critical tasks that influence our global presence. Your work will be impactful, helping to shape and navigate the regulatory landscape of our industry. Your responsibilities Collaborate with the team while taking independent responsibility for regulatory compliance activities. Interpret and implement regulations and guidelines to ensure industry compliance. Engage with trade associations, contributing to and utilizing resources to influence favorable legislation. Understand regulatory needs of various projects, actively participate, and stay alert to project developments and benefits. Manage updates and actions within your area, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. The experience we're looking for Proven track record with at least 3 years in regulatory affairs, demonstrating proficiency in this role's requirements. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make objective decisions on complex issues. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Experience in deriving insights from consumer interactions and translating them into strategic actions. Ability to collaborate across functions and foster partnerships. Adaptability to evolving technological landscapes, with a mindset for continuous improvement. Experience with product lifecycle management, intellectual property, and innovative workflows.
