Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in team management, performance review, team development, etc. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in database engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. - Experience in software implementation, software development, data integration. - Proven project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to establish professional relationships across diverse business contacts. - Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on talent building and team development. - Capacity to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and compliance.
