We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office. As a Project Coordinator - Global Benefits Consulting, you will manage client relationships and oversee the successful implementation and ongoing management of global health and welfare benefit programs. You will collaborate with local brokerage teams and global clients to provide high-quality service and support. You will be responsible for: Managing and executing project deliverables for client implementations, ongoing services, and renewals. Tracking and reporting project status to brokers, clients, and internal management, including local discussions affecting insurance placement or plan design strategies. Serving as a liaison between local brokerage offices and global clients. Assisting global clients in monitoring their employee benefit programs worldwide, managing renewal progress and terms to ensure governance and consistency with their objectives. Providing renewal directions to local brokerage teams and managing project timelines. Outlining data and reporting expectations within our proprietary Global Benefits Management tools and platforms. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Affairs, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in project management and managing multicultural client relationships. Proficiency in English and strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience in global benefits consulting or related fields. Knowledge of benefits management (life, dental, health, pension, travel insurance, etc.). Familiarity with global insurance markets and vendor landscapes. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Why join Mercer?
