Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer with Air Conditioning Level Cat 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based at Newbury, with occasional travel to London. Key Information: - Location: Newbury (with occasional travel to London) - Working Hours: 40 Hours per week - Contract: Full Time - Benefits: Company Van Provided Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance and Repair: Service and maintain building services including lighting, HVAC, toilets, water hygiene, and general fabric repairs. Good knowledge of air conditioning systems, including split AC, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps servicing and repairs. - Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building statutory requirements, and conduct regular monitoring and inspections. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using handheld PDA device. - Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service. What We're Looking For: - Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as FGAS, time-served apprenticeship, C&G; Level 2 / NVQ or equivalent. - Skills: IT literacy and strong customer service skills. - Attributes: Highly self-motivated, solutions-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
