Commercial Finance Coordinator This role is focused on providing strategic financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. About This Role: - Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast business performance and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. - Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align financial objectives with business strategies. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial planning and analysis techniques. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and maintain detailed financial plans, including sales budgets, marketing expenses, and profitability forecasts. 2. Performance and Profitability Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, profitability by product, channel, and customer, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement. 3. Support for Strategic Decision-Making: Evaluate investment opportunities, using financial analysis tools such as ROI and NPV to inform business decisions. 4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial teams, senior management, and external partners. Requirements: - At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, or similar roles. - Experience in the consumer goods industry highly valued. - Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial modeling. - Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Results-oriented and able to make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
