About the role: We are seeking an engineer to oversee technology, processes, and finished products in accordance with PRIME, project plans, tollgates, goals, and deliverables. This role involves ensuring the project is delivered on time and within the financial plan based on confirmed Capex requirements. What will you do? 1. Define standards related to new projects, including product specifications, quality checks, SPC, validation routines, CL, CILS, SOP, etc. 2. Identify and facilitate improvements in technology, perform benchmarking across lines, teams, and factories. 3. Support RST Members and the Technical Team on technology-related improvements. 4. Manage performance processes and handle consequence management within your department. 5. Support the installation and upgrade of equipment in CV and PM. 6. Participate in industrial trials for products and packaging. 7. Enhance technical mastery in the converting and papermaking areas. 8. Assist teams with new product setups or configurations for new projects. 9. Support blue-collar teams during the learning phase of operating new machinery. Who you are: - Education: Mechanical, chemical, civil engineer, or similar. - Experience: Over 5 years in the tissue industry. - Knowledge: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor; understanding of paper manufacturing processes; ability to read engineering drawings; project management skills; English proficiency at B1 level. - Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, goal-oriented, time management.
