You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive IT integration plans, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between different departments and external consultants. - Conduct thorough IT due diligence to understand the technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and data of both acquiring and target companies. - Develop a comprehensive IT integration plan that aligns with the overall business integration strategy, addressing technology consolidation, data migration, system compatibility, and workforce integration. - Ensure program delivery and value realization, delivering meaningful and measurable business outcomes. - Build effective partnerships with IT Sr. Leaders, Corporate Development, and Program Management Leadership to shape and deliver on three-year strategic roadmaps. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments. You will also have experience with SAP ECC, S4HANA, Workday, Concur, Vendavo, SFDC, Compliance, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing systems, as well as knowledge of core business processes at global organizations. We are looking for a self-starter who can lead through ambiguity and act with urgency, driving innovation and transformation across various industries, including Tech, MedTech, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Retail. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of experience in project and program management, preferably in an IT or finance environment.
