Join our collaborative work environment where you can make a real impact and love the work you're doing! **About the position**: Due to our explosive growth, Globalization Partner's is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help qualify leads, create opportunities, and be an integral part of our revenue team. You will be responsible to lead and oversee diverse aspects of the Business Development Strategy around acquiring New Customers for Globalization Partners. Manage day to day activities of the BDR team including live coaching and mentoring, reviewing lead volume, queues and disposition, call statistics, conversions, and pipeline build. **What you'll do**: - Recruit, hire, develop, retain, and mentor business development representatives - Manage day to day activities of the BDR team for the Americas including live coaching and mentoring, reviewing lead volume, queues and disposition, call statistics, conversions, and pipeline build - Report on prospecting activity, forecast to marketing management and maintain a consistent command of the numbers that drive the business - Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs to ensure key performance metrics are met; operate as a hands-on manager - listen to calls, iterate cadences, perfect talk-tracks, etc. - Cultivate and maintain a culture of constant improvement - Set and communicate clear objectives for the team and individual team members and hold them accountable - Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity - Provide feedback to and collaborate with the marketing team to consistently improve lead quality and targeting to increase conversions and ROI - Provide BDRs with a coaching cadence of time management, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills - Assist in preparing business plans and budgets for new projects - Keep regular contacts with past, existing, and new clients to explore new opportunities. - Create and manage professional development plans for all business development members - Ensure that business development personnel are appreciated and recognized for their hard work and success - Assist the VP, of Global Outbound in preparing business plans and budgets for new projects - Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals - Work collaboratively with other members of management to implement strategic plans - Manage business development managers and their teams - Work on commissions and incentive planning - Create organizational objectives for Colombia and Mexico Teams - Review expenses and budgets approval - Monitor performance and conduct evaluations for Manager teams (BDMs) - Plan Hiring plans and projections with the VP of Global Outbound - Work alongside Marketing Demand Gen Managers - Collaborate with Content and Creative team for BDR strategies - Plan with Marketing Operations for BDR technology stacks and tool adoption - Improve employee performance **Skills/Qualifications**: - Minimum 5 years of sales or lead generation experience preferred - Minimum 3 years of sales management or leadership experience preferred College Degree - degree in marketing/business preferred - Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM strongly preferred - Previous experience telemarketing, cold-calling, lead nurturing and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone is preferred. - High energy and enthusiasm with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, organized and with a strong desire to succeed. - The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
