Responsibilities : -Assist with email campaigns via Constant Contact. -Support content creation for the website, LinkedIn, and internal communications. -Help manage award submissions, legal directories, and firm-wide databases. -Prepare presentations and materials for webinars, CLEs, and RFPs. -Coordinate with vendors and maintain marketing records. -Track marketing and business development expenses. Requirements : -Excellent written and verbal English skills. -Has 3+ years of experience in legal or professional services marketing. -Organized, responsive, and committed to deadlines. -Comfortable using tools like Canva, Constant Contact, PowerPoint, Google Workspace. -Bilingual (English C1 level, spoken and written) is a must.
