Role Description:
This role will be responsible for selling products, goods, and services to new and existing customers in the digital transformation marketplace. This role will build business relationships with customers, identify pain points, sell benefits of the Company's portfolio, contact customers throughout the sales process, and answer any questions customers have about the product and/or service. This role is responsible for selling company's products by leading the sales efforts, assisting in building target lists, identifying leads, educating prospects on products through video calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. The focus is on pre-sales connections and appointment setting activity. Responsibilities:
Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of target customer profiles, consistent messaging, and support of marketing campaigns that generate sales leads for further qualification. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest legal and computer industry trends (such as AI and digital transformation) and incorporate them into your sales approach to address customer pain points and priorities. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each of the functional modules with the company's software platform and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Likewise, offer company's professional services to customers that may need them. Networking: Leverage your established network of law firms and in-house legal departments to generate leads through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers to become a trusted advisor as a solutions provider.
Requirements
Proven legal technology sales experience with a track record of achieving quotas A “hunter” mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service orientation 2+ years of SaaS sales experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, communications, or related Experience with the legal industry or other professional services industries is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
