This role will support the success of marketing campaigns throughout their life cycles, from strategy to execution and optimization. This position will be based remotely in Bogotá, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Include: - Leading a team of subject-matter experts to deliver against identified opportunities, developing performance-driven campaign strategies and managing campaign activation and optimizations. - Serving as a point of contact for Medtronic's core businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships between operating units and global corporate communications. - Developing and executing strategies that prioritize performance and outcomes, surfacing the impact of marketing campaigns to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Managing scopes, resources, timelines, and budget throughout a campaign's life cycle. Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor's degree - Fluent in English - Over 7 years of experience in consumer marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to direct-to-patient marketing - Direct-to-patient marketing expertise is advantageous
