About the Role As a Test Automation Engineer on a 3-month project, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client’s OTT (Over-the-Top) applications. Leveraging your expertise in both manual and automated testing for OTT devices, you’ll help deliver seamless user experiences in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a 3-month hybrid contract opportunity. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for OTT devices - Utilize tools such as WebdriverIO and Playwright to build robust automated test suites - Write and maintain test scripts in Javascript or Typescript - Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify and resolve defects - Participate in test planning, documentation, and reporting to support project goals - Communicate effectively in English to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders - Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills - Based in Bogotá, Colombia - 6+ years of relevant work experience in software or test automation engineering - Proficiency in OTT testing (manual and automated) for OTT devices/platforms - Strong programming skills in Javascript or Typescript - Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and Playwright for end-to-end automated testing - Good level of English, both written and spoken - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment - Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills At.Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
