Position Overview As part of the school's continued commitment to academic excellence and internationalisation, they are now seeking an experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join the high school team. This is a core teaching position suited to a dynamic and collaborative educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across secondary grade levels (Grades 912), helping prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level examinations, while also supporting broader numeracy development across the school. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Teach Mathematics across a range of secondary grades (primarily Grades 912). Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Mathematics examinations. Design differentiated learning experiences to meet the needs of a diverse student population. Assess, record, and report on students progress regularly. Collaborate with colleagues to align Mathematics teaching with cross-disciplinary initiatives. Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages mathematical inquiry and problem solving. Contribute to the schools wider learning community through participation in school events, clubs, and professional development initiatives. Candidate Profile We are looking for an educator who is: A fluent English speaker (native-level proficiency preferred) orB2 or higher English level. A qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS, state license, or equivalent). Experienced in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, ideally with familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Skilled in differentiation and adaptable teaching strategies. Collaborative, flexible, and culturally sensitive. Open to working in a bilingual school community (Spanish not required but a plus).
