**Responsibilities**: We’re looking for a Senior Client Strategy (CS) Consultant, Marketing & Revenue [REMOTE] As a CS Consultant, your role is to support Tegrita's growth with new and existing clients, ensure the success of our biggest clients and help develop and deliver strategic services. CS Consultants provide a key leadership role at Tegrita, providing guidance to the business, the team and our clients. Specifically, a Senior CS Consultant at Tegrita will: - Identify, scope, close and manage opportunities while ensuring clients’ business outcomes - Work closely with team members, clients and decision makers to design and lead successful and profitable projects and accounts. - Engage at the executive level, both with your clients and with Tegrita leadership to help ensure meaningful business change and growth. - Drive work velocity, ensuring billable time is done according to monthly forecasts. - Stay active in industry trends and client needs to develop and deliver new strategic services. - Identify opportunities for client expansion and ensure service levels are maintained to secure repeat client engagements. - Conduct marketing strategy consulting for potential and existing clients and translate evaluation into services. - Participate in and lead typical client engagements including, but not limited to: inbound marketing strategy, content audit & strategy development, marketing health checks - big picture marketing strategy evaluation workshops, campaign strategy, lead & opportunity scoring strategy, tech stack evaluation and future roadmapping, marketing operations outsourcing, & revenue and marketing operations execution and strategy. Ideally, Client Strategy Consultant applicants will: - have led internal and/or client teams in strategy, business development, and/or marketing/revenue/sales consulting delivery. - have been responsible for and closed business. i.e. got contracts signed by clients. - be comfortable challenging & influencing clients and colleagues at the C-suite & executive levels. - have a demonstrated track record of generating organic growth. - own client success, you don't hand off client relationships, you own them. Level of experience and demonstrated track record will determine hiring level. We are organized on a 5 level matrix, our current opportunity is open to Level 3 or Level 4. Minimum starting salary for Level 3 is $95,000 for level 4 starts at $130,000 annually.
