Your job is to quicklyqualify leads, determine if they meet our service criteria, andschedule on-site estimates using our internal tools. KeyResponsibilities: - Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, andemail. - Qualify prospects using a provided checklist and script. -Book on-site estimates based on technician availability. - Followup on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions. - Maintain CRMnotes and lead status updates. - Communicate with our team whenurgent scheduling issues arise. Required Qualifications: -Fluent/native English speaker. - Experience in lead qualification,customer service, or appointment setting. - Excellent verbalcommunication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRMsoftware (e.g., Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, etc.) -Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, especially weekends andevenings.
