Your Role as Vice President of Delivery and Engineering As the VPof Delivery and Engineering, you will drive MAS Global’soperational excellence by ensuring the successful delivery ofclient engagements while fostering a culture of efficiency,quality, and innovation. This role is pivotal in achieving highlevels of client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and teamutilization. You will lead and optimize delivery processes, scaleoperations, and manage complex client relationships, ensuringalignment with MAS’s growth objectives. By combining technicalexpertise with a commercially minded approach, you will helpposition MAS as a trusted partner for software engineering, cloud,data, and AI solutions, particularly within financial services andcompliance-intensive industries. What You’ll Do OperationalExcellence and Delivery Leadership - Oversee and manage contracts,ensuring compliance, tracking backlog, and forecasting revenue. -Maximize team utilization while maintaining high levels ofmotivation and client satisfaction. - Drive delivery of measurablesuccess stories and ensure effective execution of contract spend. -Collaborate with finance to align revenue forecasts with backlogand ensure financial targets are met. - Continuously evaluate andimprove operational efficiencies across staffing, SOWs, andoutcome-based or fixed-price engagements. - Implement scalableprocesses and tools to support growth while driving efficiencyacross nearshore and offshore delivery models. Client Satisfactionand Relationship Management - Build and sustain strongrelationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistentlymet or exceeded. - Foster a culture of client value obsession whereteams are constantly identifying opportunities to maximize valueand grow accounts. - Support client growth with a focus onachieving 10%+ year-over-year account expansion. - Proactivelydevelop relationships with clients to position MAS and the deliveryteam as trusted partners, seeking referrals and success stories. -Anticipate client needs by leveraging team’s on-the-groundknowledge and market or industry insights. - Lead client onboardingprocesses to ensure seamless transitions and integration into MAS’sdelivery framework. - Serve as a trusted partner and escalationpoint for resolving delivery challenges, fostering long-term clientretention. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,particularly for financial services clients, maintaining alignmentwith industry standards. Team Leadership and Talent Development -Lead and inspire high-performing engineering and delivery teams,fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, andcollaboration. - Develop and execute career development plans toattract, retain, and grow top technical talent. - Manage the talentpool to align with commercial opportunities and upskillinginitiatives while optimizing for cost efficiency. - Work withtalent teams to balance employee and contractor resources, ensuringtechnical excellence while meeting gross margin objectives. - Driveteam utilization and performance through effective resourcemanagement and coaching. - Build scalable career pathways,mentorship programs, and performance evaluation frameworks toensure team growth and satisfaction. Strategic Planning and ClientGrowth - Proactively identify growth opportunities within existingaccounts to drive additional client value and expand MAS’sfootprint. - Collaborate with sales, finance, and accountmanagement teams to ensure delivery excellence aligns with revenueand profitability goals. - Actively contribute to shaping MASGlobal’s offerings by identifying trends, client feedback, andopportunities for improvement in delivery processes. IndustryDomain Expertise and Commercial Acumen - Combine operationalinsight with a commercially minded approach to optimize deliveryoutcomes and ensure client satisfaction. - Work closely with salesteams to craft winning proposals, build credibility with clients,and highlight delivery methodologies and execution capabilities. -Participate in building delivery teams and creating estimates toensure alignment between delivery capabilities and sales proposals,setting teams up for success. - Use industry expertise to deliverhigh-value solutions and actionable insights to clients. - Ensureprofitability across complex contract types, including staffing,SOWs, outcome-based, and fixed-price engagements. - Balance clientsatisfaction with operational and financial performance metrics todrive sustained growth and excellence. Who You Are Qualifications -10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles withintechnology professional services, including managing large-scalesoftware engineering, cloud, data, and AI projects. - Provensuccess in managing complex client relationships across variouscontract types, including staffing, SOWs, outcome-based, andfixed-price models. - Expertise in scaling delivery operations formidsize IT services companies, with a focus on efficiency,utilization, and client retention. - Experience working withfinancial services clients and deep understanding of compliancerequirements within regulated industries. - Demonstrated ability toimplement and optimize delivery processes that support high-qualityoutcomes and operational scalability. - Strong track record ofleading high-performing teams, with experience in talentdevelopment, career progression, and retention. - Advanced Englishproficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
