Your Key Responsibilities Deploy & Support Lead deployment & reporting of digital solutions, measuring adoption and success metrics to ensure the solutions meet business requirements. Conduct training sessions for regional teams in local languages, including deployment and ongoing skill enhancement, tailoring materials or translating as needed. Oversee and coordinate the deployment of digital solutions (starting with CX360 Project: CRM Microsoft Dynamics) within the region. Ensure deployment timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved in alignment with global and business goals. Monitor & Report Report deployment and adoption results to relevant stakeholders (Group and BU). Ensure teams follow the agreed deployment methodology, e.g., Train the Trainers based on CoE. Manage regional requirements, communicate, and escalate project issues during and after deployment. Support CX BU data management and act as BU data steward for CX-related data. Understand business needs and regional specificities. Act as regional advocate, reporting to BU and Group on digital tools and process requirements. You Bring A degree in computer science or engineering and experience in supply chain management. Over 10 years of experience deploying new solutions (process & digital) in Customer Experience, based on analytics, insights, and strategy. Experience in Project Management and innovative thinking to improve customer and team experiences. Experience in Supply Chain Management, driving transformation with a customer focus. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to make complex concepts understandable and actionable. Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills. A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and respecting diverse perspectives.
