Financial Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. About the Role - Take ownership of daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and contract/payment tracking. - Lead the month-end close process, preparing comprehensive financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and performing bank and account reconciliations. - Develop and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to minimize risk and safeguard assets. - Drive the annual budgeting process collaboratively with leadership, analyzing budget variances and providing proactive guidance on cost control and financial optimization strategies. Requirements and Qualifications - Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting/finance, including budgeting, KPI development, and bookkeeping. - Experience with accrual accounting, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and PowerBI. - Strong prioritization and time-management skills, as well as a highly motivated and tenacious personality. - Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Nice to Have - Corporate Finance knowledge and experience. - Experience in digital marketing or eLearning platforms. - Masters Degree in accounting or finance. - CPA or equivalent experience.
