You are the most important pillar of our success. You make the difference. Your Role Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization's people development initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing local an global programs to improve employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Your Responsibilities Support business unity and functional unit developing and implementing POD solutions and tools, either from corporate offerings or the market, while considering synergies across the four countries using Analyze HR systems data to generate insights and bridge local initiaves, trainings, tools solutions for the cluster and each BU FU – HRBP. Manage the local talent program (interns and apprentices), preparing and implementing development solutions and training to ensure that these talents serve as the pipeline for entry-level positions in BUs and Knowledge Centers. Lead and manage the local language program for the cluster, including policy development, provider management, requirements, employee development, improvements, and cost management. Support action plans for the talent identification / sucession planning process and development plans Support the implementation of all global programs and processes, including communication plans, driving impact, and adoption. Lead the recognition program for the cluster (extra mile contributions), including policy development, nominee selection, recognition sessions, and quarterly awards. Evaluate and propose improvements. Support the implementation of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition)Build relationship and participate in career fairs with universities and social instutions to position the brand and attract entry-level talent for Knowledge Centers and BUs. Support Knowledge Centers with training, change management, and culture solutions to accelerate the development of operational leaders, improve adaptation, and enhance team performance. Plan the annual training agenda, considering the needs of each BU, Knowledge Center, and country, while ensuring synergy betwwen our countries Prepare the implementat our leadership programs (materials, activities, local adaptations, translations, logistics) to ensure impactfull experience on a local level Facilitate training sessions, bringing expertise and impact, while also preparing HRBPs.Evaluate the onboarding experience, on a content perspective, for each BUFU with HRBPs and propose customized improvements to generate impact and accelerate the adaptation curve.
