Commercial Finance Coordinator North Wacam This role is a key strategic partner to the commercial teams in the North WACAM region. The Commercial Finance Coordinator will provide in-depth financial analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations that drive profitable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Planning and Budgeting: - Lead the annual financial planning process, including the development of sales budgets, marketing expenses, and profitability by channel and customer. - Develop robust financial models to project the future performance of the business, considering macroeconomic factors, market trends, and competitor strategies. - Monitor and analyze deviations between budget and actual results, identifying opportunities for improvement and potential risks. - Performance and Profitability Analysis: - Conduct monthly analysis of sales performance, profitability by product, channel, and customer, identifying key growth drivers and areas for improvement. - Develop relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of commercial and marketing initiatives. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating financial results and business perspectives clearly and concisely. - Support for Strategic Decision-Making: - Evaluate the profitability of investments in marketing, promotions, and new products, using financial analysis tools such as ROI (Return on Investment) and NPV (Net Present Value). - Provide pricing and margin analysis to optimize the profitability of products and channels. - Support the evaluation of geographic expansion opportunities and new business models. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align financial objectives with commercial strategies. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted financial advisor. - Effectively communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management and commercial teams. Requirements: - More than 6-8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A; (Financial Planning and Analysis), or similar roles. - Experience in the consumer goods industry highly valued. - Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial modeling. - Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Results-oriented and ability to make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) an advantage. - Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
