As an Operations Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to be part of our Kiwibot U Program , a 4-month program that seeks to teach young Colombian talent how to successfully implement a last mile delivery solution and give them the opportunity to have their first work experience in a tech startup. Location: Medellin, Colombia, Canada *The location's assignments are tied to the needs of the company and might change during the course of the program. As an Operations Coordinator, you have several responsibilities including but not limited to: Logistic Responsibilities Execute and support the logistic requests to ensure facilities and transportation at the operational site. Execute and support the logistic requests regarding shipping of spare parts, bots, marketing merch and any other Kiwibot’s asset. Comply with the proper management of Kiwibot’s Houses, Offices, Cars and all other assets of the company. Ensure compliance with state and local requirements regarding Kiwibot’s facilities. Operational Responsibilities Be an operations on-site point of contact for the required on-site stakeholders. Occasionally ensure the fleet is in optimal aesthetic and functional conditions. Occasionally assist the robot fleet in case of any accident or technical issue. Occasionally ensure an optimal fleet deployment and un-deployment. Meet and comply with the operations shifts. Occasionally ensure the restaurants have all systems in place to deliver with Kiwibot, providing extensive support if needed. Occasionally execute campus engagement activities as required including but not limited to Human Resources initiatives, Growth and Marketing initiatives. Elaborate performance reports as required. Ensure the achievement of the operational goals, KPIs and OKRs, included but not limited to manual loading of the robots and the direct delivery to end consumers when required. Marketing & Growth Responsibilities Occasionally execute campus engagement activities as required, including but not limited to interactions with the end customers. Occasionally create audiovisual content when required. Provide feedback and improvement ideas upon local growth strategies. Maintenance Responsibilities Ensure the robot fleet is in top shape at all times. Document all robot interventions. Implement remote robot interventions as required. Keep the Inventory updated (tools, spare parts, or any other assets). Keep in constant communication with your direct supervisor about the status of the fleet. Follow the assets (tools, parts, etc.) requirements protocol. Implement and support the software updates and changes of the robot fleet. Elaborate maintenance reports as required. Ensure the robot fleet has the internet connection (Sim Card data) required to operate. Track which robot has which Sim Card. Support hardware and software testing on field. Support the development of maintenance projects as required. Coexistence Responsibilities Follow all company policies and regulations. Comply with the Kiwibot coexistence policies. Comply with the proper management of Kiwibot’s Houses, Offices, Cars and all other assets of the company. Ensure the house supplies are met and managed as required.
