Trusted Translations is hiring Strategic Account Developers to join our growing business development team. We’re looking for high-energy professionals who thrive in fast-paced, outbound sales environments and are ready to become key players in one of the leading language service providers in the market. If you enjoy being on the phone, researching your leads, and building business relationships that convert — this is for you. This is not cold calling, but it’s definitely active outreach. You’ll be contacting existing or past accounts, expanding within current organizations, and working with top-tier companies across the globe. What You’ll Do - Drive Account Expansion: Proactively contact and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within existing client accounts. - Map Opportunities: Research and identify new internal contacts (using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.) to grow and retain accounts. - Client Onboarding: Guide new contacts through the onboarding process and ensure successful first purchases. - Retention Support: Stay with the client through their first four purchases or initial six months before transitioning to long-term account managers. - Sales + Strategy: Present the company’s value, explore cross-selling opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle for new contacts. - Due Diligence: Conduct pre-call research to personalize outreach, understand account structure, and position services strategically. Who We’re Looking For Essential: - Native or near-native English (spoken and written). Clear, confident, and professional communication. - Comfortable and confident making phone calls daily — not just emailing. - 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B account management. - Background in call center outbound sales or high-volume outreach environments. - Hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. - Ability to work independently with strong self-management skills. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). - Highly proactive with a “hunter” mindset — we need doers, not waiters. Nice to Have: - Experience in the language services industry. - Strong analytical thinking to identify opportunities within existing accounts. - Background working with U.S.-based or global clients.
