Job Title: FP&A; Manager We are seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A; Manager to join our Finance team, playing a key role in shaping the future of our business. This role involves partnering closely with senior leaders across the company, delivering high-impact financial insights to support decision-making, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, business case development, M&A; analysis, and building a high-performing finance function. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing financial insights that drive growth and efficiency. - Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Develop and evaluate business cases for new products, strategic initiatives, and cost optimization projects. - Support M&A; initiatives including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning. - Manage and continuously improve the company's 13-week and long-term cash flow forecasting. - Own the sales commission accrual and payment process in partnership with HR and Sales. - Contribute to monthly close activities, including variance analysis, accruals, and coordination with Accounting. - Prepare monthly board reporting packages with financial summaries, KPI dashboards, and strategic commentary. - Ensure timely submission of financial reporting packages to lenders, maintaining compliance with all covenants. - Deliver detailed budget vs. actual analysis for all departments, providing actionable insights and forecast guidance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Investments, or a related field. - 5+ years of leadership experience in finance, ideally within the insurance industry. - Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and partnering with executive leadership. - Strong analytical and modeling skills with excellent business judgment. - Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development and engagement. - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills. - Fluent in English (written and verbal) — required.
