Sales Development Manager Opportunity in South America About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an exciting opportunity to develop part of our business in South America and contribute to our international expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Cycle Management: Identify high-potential prospects, manage sales interactions, and close new business through effective prospection, cold calling, business trips, quotations, and follow-ups. - Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. - Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products to champion their success. - Sales Performance: Achieve established targets by following proven processes and continually developing new strategies. - Crm Management: Maintain accurate records of commercial efforts in our CRM system. - Business Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs, either as a visitor or exhibitor. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar field. - 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in green-fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food. - Valid Driving License (Class B). - Flexibility to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time). - Able to work onsite, both independently and in small teams.
