About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and structured professional to design and implement onboarding and training programs for our global sales organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that both new and current sales team members have the necessary skills to succeed at every stage of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities - Design and manage structured onboarding programs for new sales hires, tailored to meet their unique needs. - Develop ongoing training modules focused on product updates, messaging, tools, and sales methodologies, aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches. - Maintain a centralized library of sales resources, including playbooks and battlecards, to support the sales teams' success. - Collaborate with sales managers to deliver coaching sessions and monitor performance improvements, driving growth and revenue. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement activities, such as win rates and ramp-up time, ensuring data-driven decision making. - Drive adoption of sales tools and ensure process consistency across regions, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. Profile Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Operations in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success. - A strong academic background in Law, Communications, Education, Business, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles. - Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles, with expertise in creating engaging and effective training programs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Loom, Google Workspace, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, enhancing productivity and efficiency. - An analytical mindset to connect training initiatives with commercial results, driving business growth and revenue. Preferred Skills - Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales cycles and go-to-market strategies, with a deep understanding of the industry. - The ability to scale training across multilingual, cross-regional teams, ensuring seamless execution and consistent results.
